Today my Day was jam packed with activity. It was such a beautiful Day here in New York. The weather was perfect, Mid - 60s.  My Husband and I had Dental appointments.  We decided to ride our bikes to the appointment.  Sounds simply right, well our Dentist is about 4 miles away, in total we biked it 8 miles, plus I did my 30 minutes work out with weights.  Can you say dog tired?  That's me right about now!

I was riding the Subway this Morning to get to my RL workplace and totally missed my Stop!  I was so totally engrossed in this book I'm reading, I look up  and the next thing I notice is we were pulling out of My Stop!  LOL   I hate when I do that.  I mean it doesn't happen to often, but every once in a while my book is that good!
