Swayland New SIM

Received a notecard from Thistle Homes about a new SIM that they are part of called Swayland, really, really cute little SIM. In addition to Thistle Homes, you can find Sway, Di's, Ivalde, Riviera Couture, Shiki, Nonino & Zacca, and Paradise Pets.

Found some opening gifts there not the ordinary clothing, accessories, hair, skins or shapes, but I like to blog all sort of nice items found on the grid.

In front of Sway's which is the main store and SIM owner. 3 little gifties. The lovely done box contains a set of black and white bangles. The shopping bag is an actual Sway shopping bag with a hold animation, it is held under your arm like a pocketbook, it definitely looks cute shopping around. Both of these items are 0 Lindens.

Lastly is the little doll there are 4 I believe, well at least that is how many I found. They are 1 Linden each. The eyes blink and you can hold them, very sweet:)

Next up the Nanino & Zacca shop. Two adorable items here, both are free. First pic is the Bear Sofa, up to 4 people can literally lie or sit all over him.

Second pic the wagon. Just wear and drag it around. While I was on the SIM, I saw a child avatar and a few adult avatar's drag it around, it looks very cute.

Definitely spend a little time here. I can see nice pictures being taken here. There are also scribo's in all the stores, more gifts being offered this way. Ivalde has some lucky presents. A nice way to spend part of your SL day!

Erin the new dollarbie by Prism. What do I love about Journey's Dollarbies, well for one thing you always get the entire outfit including the shoes or boots in the case. This outfit in particular is something I would actually wear in RL.

Wow, So Savoir Hair had a grand opening of a new SIM and there are lots and lots, did I say lots.. of freebie and dollarbies. Mostly hair, but hair for all, both men and women.

The pictures I have above are just a few of the many items I found. Definitely worth a look around. Big thanks to Fabulously Free in SL, as that is where I found out about this one. Yes I do check out other blogspots, why not we all can't cover all the good stuff in world.

2010 Clothing Fair

The 2010 Clothing Fair just started this weekend. This is Second Life's 4th Annual Fair benefiting Relay for Life. Events are set to launch on Saturday, March 13th at 3pm slt and run 24/7 through Sunday, March 21, 2010 when the doors must close at 9pm SLT.

As stated by the Fair Commitee, "The Clothing Fair began as a dream three years ago with 34 stores participating in this event for Relay for Life. Since that date, it has grown to over 150 designers over 9 sims and has raised over 11 million Linden Dollars for RFL.

This year is no different. Prepare to be immersed in 8 of the greatest "Fashion Cities of the World" surrounding a center sim patterned after the UN Sculpture Gardens containing sculptures from some of SL's most talented artists.

We have some of the cream of the crop coming together in the fashion world of Second Life bringing designs from all over the world to this virtual shopping experience. Each of these designers dedicate months of time getting ready for this event. They are all committed to raising as much money for Relay for Life as possible.

This year we are again inviting the Live Musicians and DJ's of Second Life to join us. Covering 24/ 7 through-out the fair, fundraising, and letting us all know just what can be found through-out the 9 sims.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hey Peeps, I just realized it has been about a year since I started my blog. I have had over 11 thousand people visit. Maybe not as many as Fab Free, but I think it's pretty good. RL has been busy, along with getting through all the Holidays. I have been in and out of SL. I did the POE and Step it Up Hunts.

Danish Visions SIM

Hey Now Fans! :) How many hunts are there going on in SL at the moment? I think I've lost count. I just finished the Gorean Grid-Wide and am now doing the POE Hunt. Sorry I haven't blog in a little bit. I am about to make that up to yas.

While doing the POE Hunt, I had to stop at Danish Visions SIM. Cute little strip mall kind of shopping. Lots of cute stores, with some very sweet finds.

First stop, D-Designs. Ladies fashion down with some great vibrant colors. You can get this lovely apricot gown for joining the group or scribo.

Before you all run off turn around and on the coffee table by the comfy sofa, you can find 3 black shopping bags with a few more goodies.
